Tasks Commercial and Corporate Operations: Provide legal advice, planning, and execution of corporate operations. Start-up Services: Assist with company incorporation and necessary licensing. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. Data Protection and Compliance: Manage GDPR compliance and ensure policies align with regulations. Identify and rectify data protection issues. Trademark Application (before the EUIPO, the SPTO and WIPO): Handle trademark registration, documentation, and communication. Conduct feasibility research for trademark registration. Lead Management: Respond to, handle, and close leads related to legal inquiries and potential clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients. Shipping Industry Specific Tasks: Advise on maritime law and shipping regulations. Incorporation of Shipping Company of Commercial Boat (NEPA) Registration under Greek flag Draft and negotiate shipping-related contracts Who We're Looking For A Law degree (Master's student, or with valued experience) Solid background and good knowledge of commercial law, shipping law Experience in Tax highly appreciated Proficient English (minimum C1 level). Other languages are plus. A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions You are motivated and driven.
