The Team The Immigration Department of Lexidy Greece deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From Greek nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in Greece or even dealing with the European Internal Market. Tasks Work closely with the Head of Immigration Greece and other departments to support daily business operations Assist our team of lawyers with the organization and tracking of client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals, etc.); Manage relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinate all necessary appointments Carry out the day-to-day administrative task related to the department Stay up to date with updated and changes in the law and keep clients informed of developments that may affect their case Execution of residence and nationality application procedures. Provide legal advice and assistance for any type of residence permit application including golden visa, digital nomads, work permit and financially independent. Preparation and filing in of immigration forms Lead follow ups Solving day-to-day queries Support with proofreading and checking documents for accuracy; Undertaking technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of information; Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client updates and other business development activities and helping to promote the firm generally; Obtaining accurate initial information from potential clients Use specific programs, softwares, tools and app on your day to day Be in direct and constant communication and collaboration with colleagues from other departments and jurisdictions of the company What's in it for you? Let’s get the job done! Passion, energy, and commitment Fluent in English and Greek (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovation. A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues.
