Deal with the recording and processing of financial data of a business taking into operational responsibility the entry invoicing, reconciliation, monitoring equipment, monitoring of tax liabilities and contract management of suppliers. Responsibilities: Accountancy filling of F. Assets records Recording General Ledger bookkeeping Opex transactions - highlights major variances in due time to the Finance-Accounting management regarding accounts payable expenses Stores cash controls – Daily cash book reconciliation GL/AR/AP/FAR accounts - subsystems - reporting and follows up of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly accounts payable statements, postings and reconciliation VAT preparation - submission and other relevant tax declarations – forms -fulfilled Stay tuned on My Data requirements and perform necessary actions in co-operation with local providers and tax authorities Being involved in ad hoc accounting projects Support Sephora Greece teams in development and decision process by reporting accounts payable KPIs (DPO-DSO-Aging Analysis) Ensures compliance with local tax regulations and group policies Relationship with internal and external auditors for statutory and group audit processes Job requirements: Excel – advanced level ERP experience (SAP is a plus) Minimum 3-5 years of experience on a similar position Experience in retail is a plus English – advanced level Exposure in a multicultural environment Working well under pressure and with tight deadlines Very organized, analytical skills
